We get it, life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so easily by:

Cancellation Windows

• More than 12 hours before your appointment: No fee
• 12 to 2 hours before your appointment: $25 cancellation fee
• Less than 2 hours before: Considered a no-show, and the full-service price will be charged 

By entering your credit card information when booking, you agree to these terms.

For group bookings, the same cancellation and no-show fees apply per guest.

No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full-service price will be charged to the card on file.

No-show charges also apply individually to group bookings.
